Catalog Troubleshooting


If pages or links will not load, you may need to clear your browser’s cache, including the cookies and website data, to resolve this issue.

The following will force the browser to clear all of the cache memory:

Chrome Browser

  • Press [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [Delete]
  • Change “Clear the following items from” to “the beginning of time”
  • Click “Clear Browsing Data”

OR

Firefox Browser

  • Press [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [Delete]
  • Change the “Time range to clear” to “Everything”
  • Click “Clear now”

OR

Microsoft Internet Explorer

  • Press [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [Delete]
  • Select checkboxes to clear
  • Click “Delete”

OR

Microsoft Edge
