ARTH 3381 - Modernism

This course will address the history of modern art from 1850-1950 with a special emphasis on the European avant-garde, issues of identity construction (race, gender, sexuality), and theoretical discussions of representation.
Prerequisite(s): ARTH 1212 with grade of C or above or permission of instructor.
