CEGR 3231 - Land Development Engineering Fundamentals

Analysis of land development industry practices and basic business principals.  Analyze land forms for implementation of practical engineering solutions based on social, economic and environmental factors.  Analyze and design infrastructure planning of residential and non-residential land development projects.

Prerequisite(s): CEGR 3161 .
