ITCS 8125 - Virtual Environments


Covers the current state-of-the-art in the design and implementation of Virtual Environments. Topics include: position tracking, design of head-traced and head-mounted displays, stereoscopic display, presence in virtual environments, 3D user interface design, and applications of VEs. Previous experience in computer graphics or 3D game design is helpful but not required.
