CEGR 3233 - Land Development Engineering Studio


Conduct and prepare a site analysis to determine the best use for raw land.   Site analysis includes determination of infrastructure constraints, understanding government regulations and how they apply to the development of the site and preparing a conceptual plan for cost determination and feasibility.  Use CAD for preparation of conceptual plans and for presenting ideas.

Restriction(s): Engineering major or minor.
Prerequisite(s): CEGR 3161  with grade of C or above
