NUMH 6130 - Advanced Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing Practice with Individuals
Provides a framework for the examination and application of the therapeutic process by advanced psychiatric mental health nurses with emphasis on theories from nursing as well as psychiatric, behavioral, and cultural sciences. Focuses on the development of the advanced psychiatric mental health nurse in a managed care or traditional healthcare environment as an individual therapist.
