NURS 6185 - Theory and Application in the Organizational Behavior to Nursing Systems
Examination of organization theory, management theory and their applications to critical nursing administrative leadership issues. Standards and Frameworks of competencies in Nursing Administration are reviewed as guidelines for career development. Evidence-based management and promotion of a culture of safety is explored as a basis for health related organizational development. (3)
