PHYS 6220 - Computational Methods in Physics Use of computers in solving physics problems including computational and mathematical methods to solve problems in classical mechanics, quantum mechanics, electromagnetism, nuclear physics, optics, and solid state physics. Computer solutions include numerical methods of integration, solving differential equations, curve fitting, and statistical analysis in physics.
