SPED 8676 - Doctoral Seminar in Policy Analysis
Advanced study of contemporary and historical issues in federal, state, and local educational policy, with a focus on policy related to high-achieving and academically gifted children. Also prepares students to engage in advocacy efforts and develop effective policy recommendations to meet the needs of children identified as academically or intellectually gifted.
