GEOG 5180 - Web GIS
Introduction to the basic knowledge of, and advance in, Internet/Web GIS. It covers principles, methods, and applications of Web- or Internet-based GIS. Through hands-on laboratory exercises, students develop the skill necessary to use Web GIS software packages for conducting GIS data operations (including query and mapping) and spatial analysis/modeling via Internet.
