CHEM 4171 - Biochemical Instrumentation Credit Hours: (4)
Modern instrumental methods used in biorelated areas such as biochemistry, biotechnology, and medical technology. Theory and practice. Electrochemistry, immunochemistry, spectroscopy, chromatography, sedimentation, and electrophoresis.
Prerequisite(s): CHEM 3111 , CHEM 4165 , and CHEM 4165L with grades of C or above, or permission of department. Hours of Lecture and/or Lab per week: Two lecture hours and six hours of lab per week.
