The Office of OneIT aims to provide the University with the best possible IT services.  OneIT manages campus technologies that support teaching, learning, research, and business processes.   

Services include:

• Providing IT help at your fingertips: Visit help.uncc.edu or call 704-687-5500
• Maintaining the University’s extensive FAQ library at faq.uncc.edu
• Delivering a common area for students, faculty and staff to download University software at software.uncc.edu
• Administering Wi-Fi for all educational buildings and common campus areas
• Managing University-owned computers, operating systems, software, voice and data networks and centralized servers
• Overseeing core administrative systems such as Gmail, Banner, Canvas, and My UNC Charlotte
• Supporting the University’s web presence
