ELET 2121 - Electronics I


An introduction to semiconductor electronic devices and circuits. Topics include: semiconductor diodes, bipolar junction transistors (BJTs), field-effect transistors (FETs), ideal operational amplifiers and the application of these solid state devices in basic circuits and systems.

Restriction(s): Engineering major or minor.
Prerequisite(s): ELET 1212 , ELET 1212L , and MATH 1103  with grades of C or above.
Corequisite(s): ELET 2121L .
